    If your travel plans change, you can modify or cancel your reservation according to our cancellation policy, which will be communicated to you during the booking process.
    Before your arrival, you will receive an email with all the necessary information for a simple online check-in. You can then complete your check-in 24/7 on our terminal on-site and arrive comfortably.
    Our reception is open between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Check-in at the reception is possible between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. In addition, you can use our terminal in the lobby for a self-check-in 24/7.

    The hotel is a five-minute drive from the airport and the trade fair.
    The breakfast buffet is open from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Whether breakfast is included in the room rate depends on the tariff you booked. Breakfast costs EUR 10.90 per person.
